Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nitea (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nitea provides analytics and in-game error telemetry for Minecraft plugins and mods. It is currently offered free of charge and in beta, which means features may change, be limited, or be removed at any time.

You sign in with your Google or GitHub account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity on your Nitea account.

You must provide accurate profile information and pick a username that does not impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. We may reclaim usernames that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• send data you do not have the right to collect, including personal data without a lawful basis;
• attempt to access other users' data or disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service;
• use the Service to build a competing product or resell it without permission;
• use the Service for anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of your plugins and of the telemetry they send. You grant Nitea the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you.

If your plugin collects information about server operators or players, you are responsible for informing them and complying with applicable law. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Nitea running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we will try to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Nitea is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

Nitea is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
